In My Mailbox #12

This week was a pretty good week for me. I received three books for review and traded a book. I decided to do photos for this weeks IMM.

For Review:
-Dark Life by Kat Falls. This one looks really interesting. I'm not sure if it's more of a boy's appeal but it looks like it has something to do with global warming. Anyways, excited for this!

-Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles. I already have the US edition of this and now have the UK one to add to my collection! I honestly prefer the UK one.

-Vampirates: Empire of Night. This is one I would never think about reading but the cover is really growing on me. Does anybody if you can start from this book, or would it be too confusing?

Trade:
-I Was Jane Austen's Best Friend by Cora Harrison. My friend Georgia, who is the newest addition to the Chicklish team, lent me this one at school. It looks really good! I love a bit of historical non/fiction. I'm not sure if this is fiction or not because obviously, Jane Austen was a real person. I don't know but I can't wait to read it!

That's all from me this week. Have a good week!

I got a couple of those too, and I'm crazy excited about Dark Life - I love anything set in the future and that one sounds amazing.

As for Vampirates, I'm not sure how easy it'll be to start from that book because I haven't read the previous ones, but I'm not planning to read the first four at this stage so I hope I can pick it up. Obviously if I love this one I'll go back and read the others though!

Oh yay, you have I Was Jane Austen's Best Friend! :) I think it's fiction, but based on some historical research.
All these books look great! I've just read Perfect Chemistry almost in one sitting - I couldn't resist starting it, and then I couldn't put it down!
Happy reading!
